REVIVO Cosmetics Refund Policy
At Revivo Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review our refund policy below.
Refund Eligibility
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for refunds.
- Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to our warehouse. Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee also covers already opened & used products.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to revivocosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please include your order number to help us locate your purchase and process your return efficiently.
Return Shipping
- Please note, we will not accept any returns at our returns address unless you have contacted us via email beforehand and received confirmation to proceed with the return.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- For international returns, please send the products to our US address. The same return conditions apply.
ONLY SEND AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL
Please put a note with your name and order number (you can find you order number on your confirmation email) inside of the return package.
Please ask for a receipt at the post office and take a picture of it. We need this tracking number to process your refund.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at revivocosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, as we do not carry clothing items. If you wish to return a product and purchase a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.
